Program Structure
We'll dive into the exciting world of programming using Scratch! You'll learn about essential programing concepts like variables, loops, and functions.
 
Each class will have a mix of fun lectures and hands-on coding time. Our instructors will be there to guide you and answer your questions.
 
Students will also build their own project and optionally run a quick presentation at the end of the program.
 
 
 
FAQ
Do I need to know how to code already? Nope! We'll start from the beginning, so everyone can join in. For beginners, the instructor will help get you started.
 
What should I bring to class? It's best to bring your own laptop. That way, you can make the best use of coding time, and save your work and practice what you learn at home.
 
What kind of device do I need? While tablets are compatible, a laptop is recommended for the best experience. Make sure your device can connect to the internet and has a web browser.
There’s no hardware requirements for using scratch. Bringing a spare laptop at home is totally fine. Any Chromebook / Macbook / Windows Laptop from major brands should be sufficient.
 
Homework? No homework for the sessions! We do encourage students to explore and practice at home if they enjoy it.
